NicoSmoke
The NicoSmoke casing was specially developed in-house and gave products such as scalded sausage, raw sausage, cooked sausage, spreadable sausage, permanent sausage the optimum properties. NicoSmoke is convincing in terms of caliber stability, caliber strength, clip resistance, and its microbiological properties, which optimally prevent greasing and juicing and undesirable mold growth.
