The NicoStar 1 is ideal for stuffing sausage meat/cooked cured meats with coarse ingredients (large pieces of meat). Another unique feature of the casing material is that the casing can be stippled, as well as produced stippled. These casings can be produced in rolls, in sections, and in shirred form.
